ALSO DUCKS, and me completely losing my shit over them.
Something pretty bad happened recently and I have been met with a surprising cavalcade of nice things. While we were walking home from aforementioned bad thing there was a dog leashed up in front of his house waiting for walkies, and he went up and licked my hands; then we passed by a bike shop today with two beautiful dogs, one called Yoda with deformed legs from being kept in a birdcage as a puppy (he was quiet but sweet and we took up far too much of the proprietor’s time cooing over him). And there’ve been lots of dogs just passing by downtown who took time to love on us, and some small children being super cute, and of course ducks and it’s just been great to see the karmic rebound effect in action.
I love you so much. <3
The universe will take care of us even if the corporations won’t. :)
