wearethe99percent: My Father is a retired firefighter. He has $$$$$$ in medical bills after having 5 heart attacks in 24 days. My 19 year old brother is a Marine. He signed all the paperwork at 17. My mother was a preschool teacher for 10 years. And is still loved by our community. But due to my dads health problems she had to find another job. My younger brother hates band now because my parents can’t afford to pay for drum lessons. And now hes falling behind the other students. I am 22. I am $20,000 in debt from attending college for 2 years. I work as a waitress at a Casino. And I struggle to pay my bills. My family works so hard, they will not take help from the government, and they are my heroes. My brother will risk his life for 100% of the US and my father risked his life for so many people he didn’t know. My family and I are the 99%  I like the point about the firefighter risking his lives for everyone (and being screwed over in return). Good luck guys. <3
